LIPHOOK United Football Club is putting on a family fun day on Sunday at the Recreation Ground, in London Road.

The club's youth section is seeking to attain FA Charter Standard status in order to continue their mission to improve football at all levels, as well as maintaining their eligibility to play in the North East Hampshire Youth League.

As of next season, the youth league will become an FA Charter Standard League, which means that the club has no more than nine months in order to attain this status.

Although there is a great deal the club must do, the biggest challenge is to ensure they have at least one FA level one qualified coach for every youth team.
