LIPHOOK Junior School Gardening Club received a boost when Liphook In Bloom president Terry Burns and team member David Frost went to give pupils a masterclass in how to sow, propagate and care for a wide variety of plants.
Mr Burns has been passing on his tricks of the trade – such as sowing pea seeds in half a drain pipe, before transplanting the germinated seedlings into the dug bed.
