A CONTROVERSIAL planning application for replacement access and closure of two access points to Old Shepherds Barn, a property in Chiltley Lane, has again received strong objections from Bramshott and Liphook parish councillors.

But the applicant, Mrs Seaton, appeared to have taken things into her own hands and had already started the process of creating the basis of the new access by removing the top of the embankment to the lane and clearing a lot of vegetation.
