End of the line for tax freeze?

A THREE-year freeze on East Hampshire's part of the council tax could end next year as the recession bites.

Councillors agreed to keep the freeze, now in its third year, at a full council meeting on February 25, but could not guarantee that it would continue after the next financial year.
