BRAMSHOTT and Liphook Parish Council has abandoned its controversial plan to adopt its own dog control orders (DCO's) - two years after voting in favour of them.
East Hampshire District Council's environmental protection officer Dave Griffiths warned councillors of the consequences back in June 2012 and at Monday's parish council meeting a recommendation by the recreation committee, not to proceed with the DCOs was agreed unanimously.
