REPRESENTATIVES of Peter Brett Associates (PBA) and The Northcott Trust gave a comprehensive presentation on the proposed development at Griggs Green to Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council's planning committee.

Under East Hampshire District Council's joint core strategy, a minimum of 175 houses will have to built in Liphook – in addition to 375 already approved, but yet to be constructed.

Director of planning Jonathan Walton said that PBA is the first developer to offer a formalised working partnership to the parish council.

This could lead to provision of environmental and technical expertise to enable residents to make informed choices regarding the location and amount of housing needed up until 2028.
