JUST one month after it was announced that Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council’s part time executive officer, Peter Stanley, is to take a year’s sabbatical, starting at the beginning of October, deputy executive officer Melanie Kite has handed in her resignation.

Mrs Kite, who started working at the parish council office last April, was previously employed as practice manager at a local veterinary practice. She is moving on to another council in October.

Mr Stanley’s work will be carried out by a locum during his absence and he is expected to return in the autumn of 2018.
