Hundreds of cyclists are expected to take part, raising thousands of pounds for local charities.
The 25-mile ride, which is now in its 23rd year, starts from Bohunt Centre at 10am
The Junior's ride for under 12 year olds begins at 10.30am. Check-in points are due to open from 8.30am. Liphook Square will be closed for all traffic between 9.55am and 10.20am.
Last year's event raised £43,036 – down from the record of £64,887 set in 2010.
