THE Cross Barn in Odiham will play host on Saturday to a concert in aid of the Cross Barn Charity, featuring the Hart Male Voice Choir.
Described as “one of the jewels” in the collection of Odiham’s many historic buildings, the Cross Barn was originally built in 1532, during the reign of Henry VIII, being expertly converted in 1997 to its current role as a centre for community events.
Ideally positioned in the heart of the village, Cross Barn is a popular and bustling venue for meetings, exhibitions, lectures, classes, private functions, cinema shows and concerts.
Since its re-opening, the Hart Male Voice Choir has used the building for weekly rehearsals, as well as for singing competitions, auditions and social events.
On Saturday (April 8), the doors will open at 7pm for the performance in the Great Hall, which starts at 7.30pm.
Drinks will be available during the evening and tickets, priced £10, are available online at thecrossbarn.org.uk.
