Your letters to the editor: A credible site for new hospitalThe event in June was organised for the second year by the Crankers, who took over the reins from LiDBA after 25 years, which saw them raise more than £1m for local charities.
Crankers’ chairmen Alistair Halliday said: “We were delighted with the way the 2017 bike ride went and are very pleased with the funds raised.
“We have been conducting our own review process to ensure we can continue to fine tune the event and make it even better next year and also remain very closely engaged with the LiDBA team who will continue to maintain their close links with Liphook charities. Planning has now started for the next bike ride scheduled for Sunday, June 10.”
