LAST October's Liphook Carnival, one of the biggest events in the village's history, raised £3,000 for local charities and good causes.
They were presented with their cheques at the committee's annual meeting this month.
Michele Frost, headteacher of Liphook Infant and Junior schools, received money for play equipment, while Liphook Over-60s club will be able to subsidise coach outings.
Little Cherubs Nursery is putting their donation towards a new laptop for the children, while the Village Surgery participation group will use it to support their work.

Cheques were also handed out to Hampshire Constabulary Welfare Trust, Hampshire Firefighters charity, Liphook Day Centre, the Royal British Legion Poppy appeal and the Senior Citizens' Lunch Club, as well as Liphook Scouts and Guides.
