A HEATED debate over distribution of developers' contributions took place during last month's Bramshott and Liphook's Parish Council meeting, lasting for almost an hour.

Anna James defended her motion to earmark up to £125,000 of developers' contributions of an approximate total of £157,000 for proposed football pitches, cricket pitches and allotments at Bohunt Manor estate.
