ST PETER’S Church in Wrecclesham was ablaze with Christmas tree lights adorning some 28 trees of all shapes and sizes and themes last weekend.

It was a dazzling display of creativity, from one tree suspended from a rafter to another made of all sizes of books, and trees being offered in aid of charities for pancreatic cancer and Phyllis Tuckwell.

The weekend was supported by locals enjoying the festive trees and festive refreshments, ending with a lovely gathering to sing carols by tree light.

St Peter’s would like to thank all who contributed to the weekend and those who went along - a heart-warming start to the festive season of peace, goodwill, hope and joy.
