ADAM Carew, the Liberal Democrats' Prospective MP for East Hampshire, has called for total reform of the Houses of Parliament and the immediate resignation of any local MPs who have been found guilty of misusing vast amounts of taxpayers' money.

Mr Carew said: "The appalling scandal of MPs expenses is so serious that it has shaken people's very faith in our so called democratic process at a time when our economy is in crisis."
