CARERS Support West Sussex held a well-attended drop-in session at the Fernhurst Hub, which was open to all carers.

Hub manager Liz Rawlings said: “We are delighted with the success of this first teatime social and will repeat it on the first Friday of every month from 2pm until 3.30pm, open to everyone.”

The next teatime social will be on Friday, May 6 when a Citizens Advice representative will attend to talk specifically about family finance and benefit entitlement. To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Tracy Ashcroft from Mind will host a ‘drop-in’ afternoon at the hub from 2pm to 4pm on Friday, May 13.
