THE Citizens' Advice Bureau is calling for better digital services after highlighting the difficulties faced over the move by Government organisations to online-only applications for some benefits and allowances.
The plea follows the organisation's annual meeting at the Alton Maltings Centre last month.
The CAB has a branch in Liphook.
The meeting was attended by East Hampshire MP Damian Hinds who discussed with advisers, trustees and guests the impact of what he sees as the most significant issues affecting the community.
Top of the list were three key issues – access to government services delivered increasingly only via the internet, benefit changes, and pay-day lending.
