CAR POOLING is over for Bordon firefighters as the station has been given a dedicated Co-Responder vehicle kitted out with basic life support equipment.

The vehicle will allow first aid-trained firefighters to provide support to South Central Ambulance Service calls where immediate medical assistance is required.

Crews at the Conde Way station have shared vehicles with their local counterparts over the last decade but felt it was finally time to get their own with demand increasing.
