A BLUEPRINT to seal mass development in the district until 2028 has been rubber-stamped by East Hampshire District Council.

The breakdown of the total number of new homes includes 2,966 in central Hampshire, including the area in the South Downs National Park and the area north of the national park but not including Whitehill-Bordon.

An additional 4,000 homes are earmarked for Whitehill and Bordon, which will be regenerated by the eco-town project, which is aimed at providing better facilities, improved transport and increases in employment opportunities.
