THE Liphook in Bloom team has reconvened under the leadership of chairman Philip Jordan after the winter break.

Still on a high from their amazing achievements in 2009, with a Gold Award in South and South East in Bloom Campaign and a Silver Gilt Award achieved in Britain in Bloom, the team are ready for new challenges.
