GREEN Village Investments is preparing a planning application for a new primary school to be run by Bohunt School, with a new clubhouse and FA standard competition pitch for Liphook United Football Club – on land fronting Bohunt Manor.

The new school, an alternative to expanding the existing primary school, and sports pitches could potentially be opened for 2015/2016.

The proposals, which are in addition to a number of existing and consented community facilities such as community allotments, a community barn and a medical centre, form part of a wider master plan which includes a high quality scheme of new housing and a range of publicly accessible open spaces, including a nature reserve.
