ORGANISERS of Christian Aid Week in East Hampshire held a “Big Brekkie” at Liphook Church Centre to raise awareness for this year’s collections.

Attending and speaking at the event was charity spokesman Charlotte Scott, who explained why Christian Aid Week this year is focusing on families living in the flood plain in Bangladesh.

The “Big Brekkie” at the church centre, off Portsmouth Road, was attended by people from all churches of Liphook, who enjoyed tucking into a full English Breakfast in aid of the charity.

Christian Aid Week runs from May 15-21, during which time house collections will be made by volunteers.
