SURREY Police are appealing for witnesses after a Land Rover Defender was driven into the rear wall of the Broken Spur BP Garage to steal a cash machine.

The incident was caught on CCTV and the cash machine was seen being dragged away across the forecourt via a chain hooked up to the Land Rover, causing a considerable amount of damage to the rear of the building.
