RESIDENTS have been outraged at restrictions enforced by the Ministry of Defence on dog walkers at Bramshott Common.

Padlocked barriers were erected and signs went up in the car park adjacent to the common at the top of Rectory Lane last month stating that "this car park will be closed due to failure of irresponsible dog owners to pick up dog mess and take it away".
