AN appeal has been made by the owner of Tree Tops, on Hill House Hill, after permission to demolish an existing home and build a new single-storey detached dwelling was turned down.
Mr S Black appealed to the planning inspectorate against East Hampshire District Council's refusal of planning permission last September, on the grounds that the proposal would be likely to result in the loss of a gypsy/traveller site.
