A MOTORCYCLIST from Bordon died on Monday after a crash between his Harley Davidson and a van on the A339 Alton to Basingstoke road.

Police were called at 2.53pm to reports of a collision involving a white Fiat Doblo van and a white Harley Davidson near the junction with Hackwood Lane at Winslade.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 58-year-old man from Bordon, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

Police are keen to speak with any witnesses who may help the investigation, and particularly anyone who was on the road at the time and may have dash cam footage showing any of the vehicles in the run up to the collision.
